Claudia Jasmand MSc
Claudia is PhD candidate at the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Her research projects deal with cross- and up-selling in customer service encounters. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in International Business (marketing) with distinction from Maastricht University (2006), and a university diploma degree (Dipl.-Kff.) in International Business (information management) from University of Paderborn (2005). For her studies at Maastricht University she was awarded a scholarship by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Recently, she “ together with three colleagues “ has been awarded the Maastricht University Education Prize 2009.
